We not only created a successful company, but an entirely new market. RedNun, based on innovative new software solution that automatically processed and monetized CRM and interaction/utilisation data was founded, expanded and sold within 4 years.
Stage Entertainment
Development and execution of a new sales and (e)marketing strategy for licensed and proprietary Musicals. Project Lead.
Eco-Movement
Development and introduction of new value proposition and related sales strategy that accelerated growth. Helped secure Series A funding in 2022.
Bouygues
Development and introduction of automated customer service solution based on AI-driven predicted behavior. Creation and implementation of onboarding programs for several products. Project Lead.
Postcodelottery
Development and introduction of new action marketing programs based on Real Time personalised video engagement. Driver of the development of a retention solution based on Machine Learning. Project Lead.
RWE/Innogy
Several successful POC’s as part of the Big Data Lighthouse project:
- Predictive model for aggregated energy need (for purchasing)
- Cost saving model for the call centre while increasing NPS
- Model for automated selection and proposal generation towards potential solar panel clients

NGDATA
Development of several Solutions based on NGDATA’s proprietary AI driven Customer Data Platform, specifically for Energy Utilities and Telco’s. Owner and driver of several CDP implementations in France and Germany. Sales Lead.
